End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant

Worthy Tech LLC ("Licensor") grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our software applications (the "Software") on devices you own or control, subject to this EULA and applicable app store terms.

2. License Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, remove proprietary notices, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, or use the Software to develop competing products.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. Licensor retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software.

4. Updates and Modifications

Licensor may provide updates that may be automatically installed. Licensor reserves the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

5. AI Features

AI outputs are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not replace professional advice. Your use of AI features is subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

6. Data Collection

The Software may collect and transmit data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to such data collection.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. Termination

This EULA terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.

10. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations.

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
